Eurocargo Survey Spó³ka z o.o/ GmbH/ Co. Ltd  is a privately owned,  independent inspection company established by a group of technical surveyors who turned their careers toward shipping and sea at the time of economic and political changes in Poland in 1993.   Since this time the firm has been dealing uninterruptedly on the market, effectively developing and expanding its services and professionalism of the staff. The firm successfully implemented ISO 9001:2000 quality management system and was awarded in 2001 by Bureau Veritas Quality Inspection with the certification in the field of marine surveying and cargo checking (Certificate no. NC-1652).
Our surveyors operate in all Polish ports and main inland industrial sites as well as abroad, mostly in the Berlin area,  in German eastern lands and also in the Baltic states and in Denmark.
The Eurocargo Survey has the legal form of the private limited liability company established under Polish laws and is registered as a VAT tax payer. 
The company has been approved as a member of Polish Chamber of Maritime Commerce.
It is a member of the Eurocargo group of companies which operates a total transport service world wide and an associate member of IMCS Group of Companies.
Services are offered to Clients on the basis of company’s General Trading Conditions 
The company has a professional indemnity insurance cover from the first class Polish Insurers WARTA S.A. Any liability on the part of Eurocargo Survey is limited to a sum equal to five times the charges payable for the services concerned, though it shall not exceed a sum equal to US$ 20.000. 

All survey works are organised, co-ordinated and closely monitored from the head office situated at the port of Szczecin, Poland. The company operates also the  well established branch office at the port of Swinoujscie . Far locations can be quickly accessed by reliable correspondents established at Gdansk, Warsaw, Krakow, Poznan and Katowice. Our offices have an extensive nautical library and the large collection of technical standards. Every year we perform 250-300 various surveys. Preliminary reporting is being done without any delay, if necessary directly from the place of inspection from surveyors’ laptops provided with wireless internet access.
Surveyors' are equipped with laptops furnished with up-to-date software and applications what enables adequate final documents to be issued on board the vessels or in the place of the inspection. Final reports either in Polish or English are always followed by rich photographic documentation evidencing inspection findings. To speed up documents circulation final reports can be e-mailed to Principals  in form of ready-to print secure documents in PDF format.
